Refund policy
At VEVI, we believe shopping should feel effortless and confident. Every product is crafted with care, and every order is backed by our commitment to quality.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- A valid proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required
VEVI reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these criteria.
2. Exchanges (Preferred Option)
We encourage exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.
- Free size exchanges are available on all eligible products
- Exchange requests are prioritized over refunds
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (based on service availability)
If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose:
- A refund, or
- Store credit
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and approved after inspection:
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours of approval
- The amount will be credited to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank account / UPI (for COD orders)
Please allow 3–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup is available in most locations across India
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may self-ship the product
In such cases:
- VEVI will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100
- A valid shipping receipt is required
5. First Order Guarantee
Your first experience with VEVI should feel risk-free.
If you are not satisfied with your first order, you can request a return under our standard policy terms - no questions asked.
6. Store Credit Option
Prefer flexibility? Choose store credit instead of a refund:
- Get an additional 10% bonus value
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Products purchased under clearance / final sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
8. Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear images as proof
After verification, VEVI will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, at no additional cost
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
However, you may initiate a return after delivery if eligible.
10. Fair Usage Policy
To maintain a fair experience for all customers:
- VEVI reserves the right to refuse returns from accounts with excessive return activity
- All returns are subject to quality inspection before approval
